NeuMeal is a specialist functional food brand powered by Neu Nutrition, Hyderabad. We sell scientifically formulated, FSSAI-approved meal replacement products designed to help you manage your weight without skipping meals or compromising on nutrition.

Most weight-loss products in the market are either not FSSAI-approved as weight control food or lack bioactives, probiotics and fibre in adequate quantity needed for healthy weight loss. NeuMeal products carry FSSAI approval specifically as a meal replacer for weight control — a legal certification that most brands cannot claim. Our formulas contain no maltodextrin, no added sugar,no preservatives , colours and no inert bulking agents.

Yes. NeuMeal products are approved by FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) as meal replacement products for weight management and control. This is a legally recognised special dietary approval, not a general food registration.

NeuMeal currently offers two meal replacement products. A low calorie unisex meal replacer and a Meal Replacer for women (Harmony Range) suffering from hormonal stress.

This is a low calorie meal replacer suitable for both men and women who want to lose or manage their weight. It is ideal for anyone looking to replace their largest meal of the day with a complete, low-calorie, high-nutrition alternative. Each serving when reconstituted with water, forms a filling, tasty and nutritious meal.

Women's Meal Replacer (Harmony Range) is specifically formulated for women who face weight challenges linked to hormonal imbalances such as PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), thyroid issues, or general hormonal stress. It is also suitable for women who are lactose-intolerant and is soya-free as well. .

Per serving of 58gm contains approximately 205 kcal, 18g protein, 10g dietary fibre, and around 40% of your daily requirement for all 13 vitamins and 30% for key minerals including Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Selenimum and Chromium. The formula also includes White Kidney bean extract, Rosemary extract, selected probiotics (3 Lactobacillus strains) and prebiotics (Guar Fibre, FOS, Psyllium husk) with established evidence for weight control.

The Women's formula contains the same high-protein, high-fibre, probiotic-rich base as the general meal replacer, with one powerful addition: an Inositol Complex — a blend of Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol, which is the gold standard clinical ingredient for managing hormonal wellness, particularly in women with PCOS. No other meal replacer in this category combines FSSAI-approved meal replacement credentials with this level of hormonal support

Yes, All products are 100% vegetarian. Womens Formula is lactose and soya free. The Nutty Harmony and Nutty varient contains Nuts.

If you are a woman, advised not to take dairy and soya due to hormonal issues and inflammation, you can take the Womens Meal Replacer, it is lactose free as well as soya free. Also it has inositol complex which is the best clinically proven nutraceutical for conditions like PCOS.

NeuMeal uses dairy and soya protein for the general range (nutty and spicy) . For the Women's Harmony range, protein isolates from yeast ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae) is used , which makes it vegan and also lactose and soya free.

Neumeal uses high quality protein with Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) score of 1- which is the highest possible rating.

Each serving provides approximately 10g of dietary fibre from Guar Fibre, FOS (Fructooligosaccharides), and Psyllium Husk. Fibre is critical for satiety (feeling full), gut health, blood sugar control, and healthy digestion — all of which support sustainable weight management.

Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol together form what researchers call the gold standard supplement for women with PCOS and other hormonal imbalances. All variants of NeuMeal meal replacers include 3 Lactobacillus strains ( Lactobacillus gasseri, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum) alongside 3 prebiotic fibres. Low Cal General Meal Replacer:

The Unisex formula is available in two flavours- Nutty and Spicy. Nutty has almonds and raisins in it. It is mildly sweet and tastes good when mixed with water and is delicious when mixed with skimmed milk or a milk+ water mixture. The Spicy variant has a unique Indian masala flavour , which is tasty when mixed in water and delicious when mixed with low fat curd with low sourness. If you have sweet tooth, go for Nutty and for hot and spicy indian food like taste for lunch or dinner, go for Spicy flavour.

The Womens Meal Replacer (Harmony Range):

The Women's formula (Harmony range) is available in Choco (chocolate) and Nutty flavour. Both tastes good in water and delicious with milk. Those with lactose intolerance may replace milk with oatmilk.

General Meal Replacer (Nutty)— Water Mix Meal : Mix 58g (2 level scoops) with 500ml of lukewarm water. Milk Mix Meal: Mix 29g (1 level scoop) with 300ml of lukewarm skimmed milk.

General Meal Replacer (Spicy) — Water Mix Meal: 58g with 500ml lukewarm water. Curd Mix Meal: 29 gm (1 scoop) with 300ml low-fat curd.

Women's Meal Replacer (Choco& Nutty Harmony) — Water mix Meal: 58g with 500ml lukewarm water. Milk mix Meal (or oatmilk for those with lactose intolerance) : 29g with 300ml skimmed milk/ oat milk.

We recommend replacing your largest meal of the day — typically lunch or dinner — with one serving of NeuMeal. Do not skip all meals; the goal is smarter eating, not starvation.

Yes, some customers prefer using it as a convenient and nutritious breakfast, especially on busy mornings. However, for best weight management results, replacing the largest calorie-heavy meal of your day is most effective. If breakfast is your largest meal of the day, go ahead and replace it.

One serving per day is the recommended usage — replacing one meal. Consult your healthcare provider before increasing to two meals a day.

Yes. The formula contains digestive fiber that absorbs water an makes the food viscous when left to sit for a few minutes. This is by design, so that you can enjoy it as a food and not to drink it quickly. Taking time to eat and enjoy is key in increasing satiety and is a sustainable eating habit for weight management.

For best results, mix this meal with lukewarm water or lukewarm milk. If mixed into cold liquid, lumps may form, but these can be stirred into a smooth, creamy consistency. Any lumps are not a reflection of quality. Please take time to mix thoroughly to a medium consistency, and enjoy with a spoon rather than gulping.

You can add low-calorie ingredients like watermelon, cucumber, or small pieces of fruit. However, avoid adding sugar, honey, or high-calorie additions as this defeats the purpose of the controlled-calorie formula. For spicy variant you can add all types of salad vegetables.

That is by design! Our Nutty variants contain real almond pieces and raisins, while the Spicy variant includes chili flakes. These inclusions provide a satisfying texture, ensuring you feel like you are enjoying a substantial meal rather than just a quick drink.

The formula has no added sugar and a high fibre content, which helps moderate blood sugar spikes. However, if you are a diagnosed diabetic on medication, please consult your doctor before starting any meal replacement programme.

We do not recommend using NeuMeal as a meal replacement during pregnancy or breastfeeding. These are periods requiring significantly higher and carefully tailored nutritional intake. Please consult your gynaecologist or a registered dietitian.

The Women's formula is specifically designed around the hormonal needs of women, particularly with the Inositol complex and cinnamon extract. It is not recommended for men. Men should use the General (unisex) Low Cal Meal Replacer.

Yes. Cancellations are possible between order placement and dispatch. If, during this window, our team conducts a diet assessment and identifies a potential allergen or medical non-suitability concern, a 100% refund will be issued.

No refunds are issued after dispatch. Before dispatch, if there is a confirmed issue of product non-fitment due to a medical condition or allergy flagged during our diet assessment process, we provide an exchange with a suitable alternate product or if that is not feasible a full 100% refund is provided.
